If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your carpet (in its original condition) within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Simply contact us at +918874061111 or management@mirzapurqaleen.com with your intention to return your rug, and we will provide you with the return delivery address. You will need to pay the return shipping fee; our courier company will coordinate with you for repacking the rug. Please also allow three to five working days for the pickup of the product. An exchange will be processed within two working days after we receive the rug back. This timeframe allows for inspection and for shipping the new carpet to you.

Please note that carpets and rugs are luxury items sensitive to wear and tear. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds in any case. The exchange facility is available only once per respective purchase.

Products sold during a clearance sale or sale offer cannot be exchanged.
