Aadarsh Tripathi

Aadarsh Tripathi, an accomplished executive at the age of 22, has achieved a notable academic foundation with a Bachelor of Commerce and is pursing his MBA in the field of entrepreneurship. Initiated into the business sector in 2020, he has rapidly ascended to significant leadership roles. As the Director of Phoenix Home Decor and Phoenix Lighting Solutions, along with his pivotal role as CEO of Mirzapur Qaleen, Mr. Tripathi has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and innovative thinking, fostering growth and organizational success.

Mr. Vikram Jain

Mr. Jain is a leading figure in the export of carpets, boasting 35 years of experience in the industry. He entered the carpet industry as a young 16-year-old and has since journeyed far, acquiring extensive experience and earning accolades from industry peers. While pursuing his graduation, he developed innovative ideas to spur the growth of his company, ultimately bringing acclaim to his brand. His conciliatory and courteous demeanor endears him to the artisans he works with; his passion for connecting with them and contributing to their welfare is well recognized. He serves as director at Vikram Carpets, Vikas Enterprises, Artline Enterprises, Artline Creation, PDP Builders, and is the backbone of Mirzapur Qaleen.

Mr. Anurag Tripathi

Mr. Anurag Tripathi, a distinguished professional in his field, boasts a B.Sc. (Bio) degree, supplemented with a Diploma in Computer Applications. His expertise and leadership are exemplified in his role as a Director at PDP Builders Pvt. Ltd., Mirzapur Qaleen, Phoenix Home Decor, and Phoenix Lighting Solutions. Further extending his influence, Mr. Tripathi is a revered member of the Zonal Advisory Board at Sahara India Pariwar. Committed to redefining the conventional views on carpets, he champions the ideology that carpets transcend the bounds of luxury, offering utility and elegance to a diverse spectrum of socio-economic segments.

Er. Sanjay Katare

Er. Sanjay Katare, who studied B.Tech in Civil Engineering and holds a Civil Diploma, is renowned among his peers as a Director at PDP Builders Pvt. Ltd. and the Chairperson at Katare Architect & Civil Engineer. With his extensive experience in the architectural industry, Er. Sanjay Katare serves as an invaluable guide and advisor to Mirzapur Qaleen. The carpet industry has undergone significant evolution over the years, leading to a more developed state that has been well-received by consumers. The carpet selection process can sometimes be protracted, but this duration can be significantly reduced with the expertise of a professional like Er. Katare. His guidance is pivotal in choosing high-quality, environmentally friendly carpets and rug.

C.A. Shailendra Katare

C.A. Shailendra Katare has been in professional practice for over 30 years, offering advisory services to various industrial groups and families. He also serves as a director for multiple companies. Ideas written on a whiteboard remain a mere concept until they are supported by financial planning. For such crucial planning, the expertise of a professional is indispensable. Mirzapur Qaleen is proud to have C.A. Shailendra Katare on board to guide and manage its financial strategy.
